Start making the playlist. Glastonbury have just announced their full line up with some of the biggest names in music heading to Worthy Farm in June. For the thousands that snapped up all this year’s Glastonbury tickets in just 37 minutes, now is the time to book the boutique bell tent, ensuite hut or glamping tipi and dust off those wellies.

The announcement reads like a best of NOW That’s What I Call Music with a nod to every decade. US Rockers The Killers and goth indie heroes, The Cure will be headlining the Pyramid Stage on Saturday and Sunday, alongside grime artist, Stormzy on the Friday night. Now that’s what we call a good excuse to book a Glastonbury glamping experience.

They’re among more than 60 acts joining this year’s line-up, including first time Glastonbury appearances from R&B legends Janet Jackson and Lauryn Hill. Kylie Minogue will play the coveted “legend slot” on Sunday afternoon, having pulled out for breast cancer treatment back in 2005.

The Cure’s headline performance is their first since 1995 and their fourth overall, level pegging them with Coldplay as the festival’s most-frequent headliners. The boutique camping options have probably moved on a little since 90s grunge, but the appetite for vintage rockers has not.

Whilst further down the bill Liam Gallagher will follow his packed Other Stage show in 2017, and Christine and the Queens come back for her second Glastonbury after her 2016 debut catapulted her onto the international music scene.

The hotly anticipated line up highlights the festival’s commitment to gender parity. Although three of the Pyramid Stage headliners are all male. 42% of the current billing is female. The festival organiser, Emily Eavis, is aiming for a 50/50 split across the whole festival to match the Park Stage billing back
in 2017. Gender, age and creature comforts have all evolved at the Festival, making it a more diverse crowd tucking into musical influences, culinary treats and of course pre-pitched tents.

So with all these rich pickings on offer how do you make sure you’re part of the mosh pit? Well, cancelled tickets will be put back on sale on Sunday 28 April so keep your phone on speed dial. And our luxury glamping accommodation is selling out fast so make sure you book a boutique yurt, bohemian tent, ensuite hut or deluxe bell at our Yurtel luxury campsite. A line up this good deserves living it up to the max.
